The location was peaceful, for example, Starnes Cove Baptist was within a close distance from the hotel. The area was downtown, an ideal place for me.

The rooms are spotless, outstanding, and come with central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven. The comfortable bed, best I've ever slept in. The location of the hotel is stunning, so close to Biltmore, downtown Asheville, and farmers market. Efficient people are working there.

A friend and I were in Asheville to tour the Biltmore Estate; Sleep Inn was not far away and the price was right. Other than the price, the best thing about the hotel was the staff; they were very friendly and helpful. We asked directions to the Biltmore, a movie theater, and an auto repair shop. We also asked if a certain movie were playing in Asheville that weekend. The staff were happy to help and their answers were accurate. A variety of restaurants was nearby, making it convenient; it was also convenient to freeways to get to other places.
For the price, I have no criticism of anything.

I stayed one night in a Double Room with Two Double Beds, Non-Smoking. The hotel was very clean, and the pillows were fluffy. Great location near restaurants and shops. Staff were helpful and friendly. I appreciated the USB charging station beside the bed 👍

The room felt spacious and clean. The king bed was super comfy, and I appreciated having extra pillows. The mini-fridge in the room was a nice touch. The shower pressure was good too, with a decent-sized walk-in shower. One downside was the heating unit. I found it tricky to adjust the temperature just right, which left me warm during the night. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. There were scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles, all tasty. The location worked well for me. It was a bit away from main traffic but still easy to get to Biltmore and downtown. Staff interactions were limited, but the front desk was friendly enough when we checked in. I'd recommend this place for a good stay without breaking the bank.

Clean, cozy, elegant rooms with nice beds. Check-in staff were cheerful and efficient. Even the sometimes noisy week-enders did not interrupt a comfortable stay. Price was reasonable for a Saturday night though I would hope to pay a bit less during the week.
